Dr. Ria Battaglino

Ria Battaglino, MD, FAPA is a board certified psychiatrist practicing in Cary, NC. She graduated from Wake Forest University with a B.S. in Biology, medical school from UMDNJ in Newark, NJ and residency at University of California, Irvine. She has extensive psychiatric experience working in hospitals, community and university based practice as well as private practice. Dr. Battaglino also has a life long interest in natural medicine and holistic methods of healing and incorporates these into her work with patients. She has extensive training in psychedelic medicine, including Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, which allows one to heal oneself by targeting the root cause of illness.
